Woodtone site count

Walk the roof and count what is actually still there. Best guess is fine, round numbers are fine. Leave anything blank you cannot see. It saves as you go and anyone on the crew can pick it up — start it, hand it to somebody else, finish it later.

Silas needs this back Monday 14 September. Fill in what you can as you go — it saves itself, so you do not have to do it in one sitting.

Material left on site

Everything delivered but not yet in the roof — on the deck, in the yard, still banded. Count it all as one number per item.

SAM primer a part-used pail is not a pail, so count them apart

Bonding adhesive same again — full pails, then anything broken into

Dekfast — count every box

13 boxes came to site — 8 of Isoweld plates, 4 of #14 4″ screws, 1 of #14 2″. We need an inventory count. Split each one sealed, opened, used up.

Netting — hours, not square feet

Got your 1,800 SF from Friday — 1,200 on E, 600 on D, three tarps of the eight. What is missing is the labour, and that is the whole East building change order. Best guess is fine, but guess now while it is fresh rather than in November.

Scaffold, chute and stair access

The contract pays for two set-ups, one per building. Anything past that is chargeable to Woodtone, but only if we can show the dates. Rough dates are fine.
