Woodtone site count

Walk the roof and count what is actually still there. Best guess is fine, round numbers are fine. Leave anything blank you cannot see. It saves as you go and anyone on the crew can pick it up — start it, hand it to somebody else, finish it later.

Who and when
Material left on site

Everything delivered but not yet in the roof — on the deck, in the yard, still banded. Count it all as one number per item.

Dekfast — count every box

13 boxes of Dekfast came to site. They are not IKO product, so none of it should be in the roof. Count what is actually there and split it into sealed and opened. If a box has been opened, say so — guessing helps nobody.

Has any Dekfast gone into the roof anywhere on this job? Even one plate or one screw, on any section, at any time. A straight answer matters more than a clean one — it is an IKO warranty question, not a telling-off.

Netting

The eight tarps get moved section to section rather than bought again, so the change order is priced on moves and hours. Nobody has a count yet.

Scaffold, chute and stair access

The contract pays for two set-ups, one per building. Anything past that is chargeable to Woodtone, but only if we can show the dates. Rough dates are fine.
